Centre Co., PA (WJAC) — Authorities in Centre County say multiple people were injured Thursday morning after a large tent partially collapsed on a property in Gregg Township.
Officials say approximately 300 to 400 were reportedly inside the tent, which was being used for an Amish wedding, at the time of the collapse.
911 officials say first responders were dispatched to the incident, located along the 900 block of Lower George's Valley Road, just after 9 a.
CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. (WJAC) — While Belgian Malinois "Thor" seems like the dog next door, he's just as tough as he is playful.
Thor has been a K9 with the Johnstown Police Department since April of 2015 with a dual purpose.
Not only is he a patrol dog who has completed hundreds of searches in cars, buildings, and homes, but he's also certified in narcotics detection.

BLAIR CO, Pa (WJAC) — Family, friends and community members of four former Ebner Elementary School students dedicated a garden in their memory Friday evening.
The former students who were honored include Kea Barnes, Devon Pfirsching, Civario Ciavarella and Kaylee Kruise.
Friday’s event celebrated the dedication of the Mowrie A. Ebner Memorial Garden, which was funded by the 2019 and 2020 5th and 6th grade classes.
Ebner principal Melissa Douglas says this school district has encountered a lot if loss within the past few years, and it hasn't been easy on the students.
Johnstown dentist facing felony charges

JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (WJAC) — A Johnstown dentist is facing felony charges Wednesday, after police said he was illegally prescribing pain medication.
Police said 56-year-old Thomas Bach, whose dentistry office is located on 504 Franklin Street, is facing a number of charges involving the administering of controlled substances by practice and refusing to keep records.
Police say they were contacted by a DEA agent in July 2018 who told them there were reports of large quantities of hydrocodone and ibuprofen being ordered to Bach’s practice.
WEST MIFFLIN, Pa. (AP) — A western Pennsylvania amusement park says its newest and biggest attraction is back up and running after a brief shutdown.
A spokesman for Kennywood Park near Pittsburgh says the Steel Curtain roller coaster reopened Wednesday afternoon and has been operating smoothly ever since.
It had been closed on Aug. 3 so workers could make some "adjustments."
The 4,000-foot-long coaster contains nine inversions, which park officials say is the most in North America, and the world's tallest inversion at 197 feet.

COLVER, Pa. (WJAC) — The Colver Power Project in Cambria County, which had been shuttered this past May, has been sold and will bring back 70 full-time jobs, according to a release from Robindale Energy.
Colver Green Energy LLC, a generation company formed by the owners of Robindale will take over operation of the facility, which provides electricity for 130,000 people. Colver Power Project began operation in 1995 until it was retired in May.
