CLEARFIELD COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — Healthcare workers at one Clearfield County nursing home claim that they haven't been getting paid.
Some employees at Ridgeview Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center reached out to 6 News for answers.
We stopped by the facility on Thursday and spoke with one of the workers, Paul Weimer, who is employed as a dietary aid.
Weimer says the situation started in January when workers were paid five days late.
CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. — Three of the five judge candidates vying for Cambria County’s Court of Common Pleas will move on to the general election.
They’ll look to fill two seats left open as President Judge Norman Krumenacker and Judge Patrick Kiniry.

The Special Olympics of Pennsylvania will celebrate its 50th anniversary on Saturday by hosting a virtual dance event.
The organization has provided a variety of programs and competitions to its athletes over the decades including, leadership programs, health competitions and unified sports programs.

Centre Co., PA (WJAC) — A Centre County man will spend at least two and half years behind bars after pleading guilty on child pornography charges.
It was almost a year ago, late last August, when police and agents from the state attorney general’s office served a search warrant on the Spring Mills area home of Lucas Garber.
The police raid resulted in the 27-year-old Garber being charged with 33 felony counts of possessing child pornography.
CLEARFIELD COUNTY, Pa. (WJAC)-- — Treasure Lake security officers were able to see the results of their actions Saturday when an owl they saved a month ago was able to be released.
The owl was released around the entrance to Treasure Lake in Clearfield County around 5 p.m. after coming back from Tamarack Wildlife Center near Erie, Treasure Lake security officer David Beck said.
According to Beck, he was on duty about a month ago and found the owl down over a bank, which had been struck by a car.
